TRIO Education was created and designed specifically to help solve the skilled labor shortage in Texas and across the country. The laser focus of the program is to graduate students from high school and adult programs who are employable. The program combines e-learnings with VR Simulations and is designed as a rigorous curriculum with accountability assessments throughout to ensure mastery of both the electrical skillset and soft/essential skills necessary to become productive and safe employees. The high school program is a 2-year commitment; the adult program can be tailored to a 6-8 week program.
