Jamail & Smith proudly makes improvements to existing space in order to enhance the current functionality of the area.

First, we meet to identify the client’s renovation goals and expectations. We then discuss recommendations and develop a project scope of work. Once the scope of work has been reviewed and agreed upon, our result-proven process is applied to provide a project proposal per contract documents, as well as a project schedule.

Upon award, a preconstruction meeting is conducted with all stakeholders to ensure that everyone is on the same page. During this meeting, the construction schedule and all aspects of project coordination are explained in detail and agreed upon.

By updating the old with the new, even subtle renovations can make a huge impact. As an extension of our client’s team, we will intently listen to what they want and help them find a renovation solution for their client and the users of the newly transformed space. 

 

Jamail & Smith, working with our vast pre-qualified subcontractor base, executes a variety of construction maintenance and repair projects. Our services include maintenance and repairs to mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing, as well as exterior building maintenance and repair.

Because we specialize in corrective and preventative maintenance, our experience over the years has afforded us the opportunity to work with our clients on many of their deferred maintenance initiatives.

Our repair services include, but are not limited to: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, architectural finishes, digital controls, access controls, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, concrete/sidewalk, and exterior building components.
