We provide commercial ice machine, refrigeration, & kitchen equipment services to restaurants, hospitals, schools, & businesses in Houston. Customer service is available 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday at our headquarters in Houston. We also
provide emergency service calls 24/7 with an on-call technician. We have written safety manuals and quarterly
safety trainings and meetings. Employees have also completed OSHA10 and OSHA30. To monitor quality of
customer service and products we have internal reports to analyze our service records, as well as, weekly
distributed customer surveys that request direct feedback.
