Albie’s Foods, Inc. was started in 1987 as a carry-out Pasty Shop in Metropolitan Detroit. It soon became obvious how much people enjoyed our pasties, so in 1990, Albie’s began manufacturing them in a U.S.D.A. approved plant. This allowed the company to wholesale their pasties to food-service and retail distributors. Many products have been added over the years, which include pot pies, filled bread sticks, a variety of calzones and our latest addition, a crust-less soy butter & grape jelly sandwich, all manufactured in our “peanut free” facility.
