Choice Partners Services

Choice Partners members can access a wide variety of contracts for services, including consulting, training and many other specialty professional services. From drug testing, financial software services, to facilities services and art consulting, our cooperative purchasing contracts meet a variety of government needs.

In addition to procuring contracts for services, Choice Partners works to provide members with superior quality customer service and support. Choice members receive a wide variety of services, including training, legislative and regulatory information and support, RFPs that meet member needs, timely publications, and of course, contracts for cooperative purchasing. Listening to needs voiced by members and studying resources available in the marketplace, Choice Partners creates innovative RFPs to solicit vendor responses, which are evaluated for best value awards by the governing board of Harris County Department of Education. While based in Houston, Texas, these contracts can be used by any governmental entities and nonprofits that become members. [If in Texas, the governmental entity must sign an interlocal contract with HCDE. If outside of Texas, follow the applicable law; if your state law does not require an interlocal, just register.]
