New staff join Choice Facility Partners

[March 24,2010] Growth in contracts has resulted in Choice Facility Partners adding four new staff members to the CFP team: Mike Perricone, who was previously a contract consultant, Larry Parr, Dietrich Von Biedenfeld and Faye “Yvonne” Johnson.

Mike Perricone, C.P.M., contract manager II, comes to CFP with more than 25 years experience in purchasing and procurement. Skilled in contract administration, he has served as purchasing director and buyer for school districts and educational entities. He started his career as a band director and graduated from Houston Baptist College with a degree in education.

Larry Parr, contract compliance specialist, has served as a project construction manager. Prior to coming to CFP, he was a project manager for Chelsea Property Group Developers, where his duties included developing and maintaining budgets, working with municipalities to maintain code, and insure project performance. He also has worked for Mariah Construction Services, Fluor Daniel/TRS, Maverick Design and Construction, Intown Suites Hotels, and Master Stone Real Estate Development Co. Parr attended Columbia State University, University of Houston, Texas Tech University and South Texas College.

Dietrich Von Biedenfeld, contract manager I, has experience with the U.S. Department of State Visa Unit and worked in Japan with the division of Homeland Security. Dietrich has also served Kelsey Seybold Clinics as an administrative assistant, maintaining HIPPA and compliance work. He specializes in public diplomacy work, visa issuing, comparative law and dispute resolution. Dietrich is also a member of the Fifth Federal Judicial Circuit and was a finalist for the Copeland Cook Appellate Advocacy Competition in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Faye “Yvonne” Johnson, office clerk, has more 22 years experience as an administrative assistant/activity coordinator, ISO 9001 document control manager, office manager, executive secretary and technologies buyer.

Choice Facility Partners specializes in facility needs from the tap up through the roof, including Construction and Construction Services; Energy Conservation and Management; Furnishing, Fixtures and Equipment (FFE); Disaster Recovery and Restoration; Building Exterior and Grounds; and Building Infrastructure.
