Quick Reference Sheet: Adding New Users to your Entity’s Choice Partners Member Account
- Navigate or go directly to the url: https://www.choicepartners.org/member-login.
- Click on the Set Up a New Account Link
- A box will pop up. Begin typing the name of your entity. As you type a list of entities will appear matching what you type. Select your entity. Then complete the requested fields of information: Address, First Name, Last name, title, email, and phone.
- At the bottom of the form enter a username and password, then confirm the password.
