Flooring Services with Choice Partners are economical and environmentally friendly.

Choice Partners offers various types of commercial floor coverings, including high traffic/high performance broadloom, moderate traffic/high performance broadloom, moderate traffic/high performance carpet tiles, high performance sustainable cushion broadloom, moderate traffic/sustainable carpet tiles, vinyl tile and flooring, and cove base. All standard carpet types meet the minimum requirements as set by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI), which can be verified by CP.  In addition, all commercial floor coverings are Environmentally Preferred Products (EPP), and must be certified by an outside party to be either Gold or Silver status according to the Sustainable Carpet Standard Association (SCSA). 

Carpet backing must utilize components and technology that has been in practice for at least five years.  All commercial floor coverings available through CP have a warranty pertaining to de-lamination, zippering, edge ravel, loss of resiliency, or excessive wear.  Carpeting treated with a microbial agent includes third- party certification and a seal to indicate that no health hazard will result from the carpet.  All commercial floor coverings are made up of at least 30% recycled material by weight, certified by a third-party independent from CP such as Scientific Certification Systems (SCS).  Any purchase of a commercial floor covering includes installation and sustainable disposal of old carpeting.
