With a contract through Choice Partners for fence equipment, service, or installation, the work days and times are determined by the site administrator so that contractors never interfere with day to day activities. Fence equipment work areas never impose hazard or threat to the surrounding area, and the work site and/or workers will not interfere with business, education, students or staff.
Contractors of fence equipment are bound to a written contract specifying rigorous standards for quality, appearance, and overall durability of the product, varying with fence type. Contractors take responsibility for any defect or operational flaw, and there is a one-year or longer warranty beginning when installation is completed. The contractor and site administrator inspect the final product together, and anything needing adjusted or improved is noted and corrected. All metal posts and rails meet or exceed the ASTM required strength. Distance between stakes never exceeds 500 feet.
Fence equipment is installed without harm to underground wires or piping, as all underground lines are included in the project drawing and are appropriately avoided. The contractor and all staff are critically familiar with the manufacturer’s instructions, and all project maps and plans are according to the manufacturer’s design and pre-approved by the site administrator. Fence equipment includes metal posts, braces, and chain length, fence fittings, zinc coated steel chain length fence fabric, ornamental iron fencing, and additional fencing fabrics.
