RFP Title: Food Equipment, Parts, Repair, Installation, Maintenance, Small Wares, & Related Items and Service

Does this include Bottle water with dispenser Delivery Services?
Answer:
No, Choice Partners has a separate RFP for this.
Question:
We are not a food supplier and have questions regarding one of the forms - The Buy America provision. If we are selling equipment does it still need to be completed and initialed.
Answer:
The Buy American Provision is not required for the Food Equipment and related items and only applies to agriculture products.
Question:
For the Prevantative Maintenance section, are we bidding on a per piece of equipment PM price? The entire kitchen? or the entire district as a whole? Is it possible to get an a equipment survey of the schools?
Answer:
This would be a percent-off discount of all Preventative Maintenance for CP Members.
Question:
If we do not see the item listed that we are distributing/selling, how do we add that equipment. i.e., we manufacture ArtikControl WIC/WIF and it is not listed.
