Question: Does the Org Chart need to be the entire company or just the people that will have a part in the RFP? |
Answer: The organization chart can be as simple or ornate as you choose. There are no specifications on how detailed it should be, just that one is provided in your response. |
Question: Related to the previous question about other HCDOE/Choice Partner RFPs, would the recently concluded and awarded 23-047DR (Software Services) be an appropriate catalog listing negating the need to submit for this RFP? Or, would HCDOE prefer that provided awarded on 23-047DR ALSO submit for this RFP? |
Answer: Contract 23-047DR originated from HCDE's purchasing department and has no connection to Choice Partners the cooperative. You will need to read over the scope and spec for each contract and determine should you want to also submit a response for this RFP opportunity. |

Question: Question #34 does not make any sense. There are no states referred to in question #11. Question #11 lists regions within the same state. |
Answer: The question reverts back to both questions 11-12 that do ask for both state and regions. Question 11 lists regions within the same state, as its only in regard to Texas. If not in Texas, then you'd select n/a. |

Question: Please explain what you are looking for for Response Attachment #6 QA/QC Program. It says description can be found under attribute #75 but there is no attribute #75 in the bid. |
Answer: Quality Assistance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Program Please attach your company's response to the QA/QC questions in the Response Attachments Section of this RFP. A. Describe the vendor's customer service department, including hours of operation, number of service centers, etc. Describe the involvement and amount of input of stall level employees in vendor's quality training incentive and safety programs. Describe vendor's procedures to monitor the quality of its customer service and products. B.Describe vendor's product support and service procedure. Detail the estimates time frame from a CP member's request to when a product or service is provided and completed, taking into account the requirements detailed in Section 5.0 Contract Terms and Conditions. Provide evidence of the vendor's ability to shorten the time frame between receiving a service call to problem solution. C. Describe how vendor deals with shipping delays. Indicate method and time frame in which vendor will notify CP member of delay. D. Detail the number of products vendor stocks and the location. Indicate whether vendor manufactures the products. E. Describe any quality awards or quality certificates the vendor has achieved. Provide supporting documentation and background information about these awards and/or certificates. F. HCDE/CP is committed to reducing waste and promoting energy conservation. To that end, vendors are encouraged to provide their environmental policy and green initiative. |
