Does the 2% admin fee cover the entire purchase order amount or just account for product and installation service? I wasn't sure if it covered shipping costs or not.

The 2% admin fee is applied against the total purchase order amount.
Question:
The Market Basket Price Sheet uploaded in the Line Items tab is for Custodial supplies. Could you please upload the correct one for FF&E? Thank you!

Please disregard the Market Basket Price sheet, as that attachment is unrelated to this RFP. An addendum has been issued to remove it. Please continue to attach your catalog/pricing offerings in the "Response Attachment" tab.

What is the length of the contract?
Answer:
The terms of the contract can be found in section 5.4 of the attached RFP:

Term of Contract; Renewal of Contract The initial term of this Contract is for a period of one (1) year, with HCDE/CP having the option to renew the Contract for four (4) additional one-year terms, at HCDE’s sole discretion, unless otherwise specified in Section 6.0 Scope of Proposal, Consequently, the total term of the Contract may be for a period of five (5) years. The phrase “Term” in this Contract shall mean the then-current Term of the Contract, whether an initial term or a renewal term.
