[HOUSTON– Nov. 19, 2009] Contracts were renewed for Job Order Contracting, Energy Conservation Consulting, and Amplification Sound System for cooperative purchasing through Choice Facility Partners during the November board meeting of the Harris County Department of Education, CFP’s sponsoring agency. Job Order Contracting - Basic IDIQ, Inc. Energy Conservation Consulting – Kinsman & Associates Consulting Amplification Sound System – Prime Systems
Governmental entities may access these legal, competitively-bid facility contracts after signing an interlocal agreement.
New organizations that became members when interlocal agreements were approved by the HCDE Board of Trustees include: Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston; Clint ISD; CNP Utility District, Crandall, Texas; El Centro de Corazon; Goodrich ISD; Salado ISD; San Antonio ISD; and Teaching and Mentoring Communities.
Choice Facility Partners has advertised for proposals for Paint, Paint Application and Related Items and Video Surveillance System and Related Items. The due date to respond is Dec. 10. After evaluation and recommendation, awards will be made by the HCDE Board of Trustees. Requests for proposals are posted on the home page at www.choicefacilitypartners.org.
